On Wednesday evenings you can catch live music in the park near Irish Eyes and The Dough Bar. It's a short drive to Broadkill Beach (10 min), Lewes Beach ( 20 min), and Rehoboth Beach (30 min). This 2500 sq ft charming home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths (bonus mini-kitchen on 2nd floor). The 1st and 2nd floors can be used as totally separate spaces since there's a door to close off the 2nd floor if desired. Enjoy historic charm, central air and room to run!
