Summary: Our experience at this hotel wasn’t as good as we expected. There was no room service and when we came back around 5pm, the room is still not cleaned, so I called the front desk asking for a few sets of clean towels, I was not no one will deliver them to my room, I need to go down to the reception to get them myself. The toilet in the room makes huge noise when flushing, and when I received the message from the hotel, they said they would send in a maintenance technician to fix it, but never did. When I reported to the receptionist that there is no ice cubes on the second, the machine didn’t work, the answer was “then go to the third floor!”
