Sprawling 4-bedroom home in a private wooded setting. Modern, well-appointed chef's kitchen with adjacent dining room. Screened porch leading to the side yard and pool. 4 full baths/4 full bedrooms (2 en suite king bedrooms in one wing, 1 queen and 1 double queen w/ adjoining jack and jill bath in the other wing). The heart of the home is the grand living room, complete with a wood burning fireplace, ample seating, game table, extensive video entertainment options, and house-wide sound system.
*PLEASE NOTE* During the months of July and August there is a one week stay requirement.
*All stays longer than 1 week will require a cleaner to come in on a weekly basis at the guests expense.*
*Due to owners severe pet allergies we have a strict no pets policy with NO exceptions at all.*
I am excited to share my home with you! That being said, please note that this home went through extensive renovations recently and we put much thought into all of the details you see. Please treat this home with the respect it deserves because it's very likely that we will be the ones using it after you check out. Thank you!

*You must be at least 30 years of age to book this home. There will be someone to greet you upon arrival and we will ask for ID's.
1. The home must be left in the condition you found it. Please do not move any of the furniture. We understand that accidents happen so please let us know if something is broken. It is only fair that we have ample time to replace something before the next guests arrive.
2. No shoes are to be worn indoors. Shoe rack in entryway. Please take this rule seriously.
3. Doors and windows to remain closed unless screens are in. There are screens in all of the windows during the summer months. The storm door, with an optional screen, must remained closed unless in use. We prefer not to share our home with mosquitoes, flies and STINK BUGS.
4. NO Smoking on property. If cigarette butts are found outdoors there will be a $50 cleaning fee.
5. Trash and recyclables to be placed in appropriate cans. Please follow the recycling instructions above the garbage can. Garbage is picked up early Tuesday mornings so please put out by Monday night. During the course of your stay, leave garbage bins at the bottom of the road to avoid attracting bears and vermin at the house. Any excess garbage that does not fit in the bin will incur a $50 removal fee. I provide plenty of tableware including melamine plates and glasses for the outdoors so you will not need disposable ones. Let's try and be as green as possible.
6. No fires inside or out are to be left unattended. Please make sure that all embers in the fireplace are completely out before closing the flue and retiring for the evening.
7. No Duraflame logs used in indoor fireplace. They are terrible for the chimney lining.
8. Chef's kitchen, appliances and accessories to be used correctly and cleaned properly. Please do not use any harsh or abrasive cleaners on the cook top.
9. No food or beverages to be enjoyed on the living room sofas or in bedrooms. If food stains are found on the couches you will be charged for the professional cleaning fees.
10. Turn off as many lights as possible during the night to avoid attracting insects.
11. Wolf induction stovetop and convection oven are both very powerful and heat up fast.
12. Please always use fan hood while using cooktop. The Nest smoke detectors are very sensitive and will go off with any excess smoke from the stove and/or oven. Press the button on the center of the smoke detector to turn off alarm.
13. When dining outside or around pool, please use melamine plates and drinkware ONLY. Broken glass by the pool can be very dangerous.
14. Please always remember to close pool gate when not in use.
15. The swimming pool is used at your own risk. The swimming pool has a maximum depth of 6 feet. No diving or running is allowed. Babies must wear a swim diaper. POOL EQUIPMENT must NOT be touched. If you have ANY issues with the pool you must contact the host. If the heater is turned up there will be a charge of $100 a day.
15. Always clean and power off grill after each use.
16. You must register each guest before arrival. Any day visitors must be approved by owner before arrival.
18. There are Nest security cameras at all entrance ways. There are NOT any cameras inside the home. The cameras are there for security while the house is not in use. We have no interest in watching the video unless there is an emergency that you or neighbors alert us to.
19. Commercial photography and video may not be shot on the property without expressed written consent. Commercial activity is not permitted on the property.
20. This home runs on a septic system. It is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. DO NOT FLUSH WIPES OF ANY KIND. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that wipes or feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to five hundred dollars ($500).
21. The house is located within woods. Although we perform regular pest control on the house, we cannot guarantee it to be pest free of all bugs, animals and pests. We cannot compensate for the presence of pests, insects and animals. We also ask that all guests respect nature and that you DO NOT FEED WILDLIFE. Although food is biodegradable it is not safe or recommended to dispose any food items or trash in the woods for it attracts insects and animals such as bears and vermin.
22. While the house is child-friendly, it is not childproofed. Please mind your children.
