This is the model home of an outstanding townhome complex. Central location in Hapeville. Just 10 minutes to downtown Atlanta and 10 minutes to the airport. There are amazing shops and restaurants within a mile. The owner sometimes using the garage so there may be only have 1 garage space. A second car may park on the street. Brand-new washer and dryer!
Sleeps 8 in a King, Queen, 1 small Double/Full, and 2 Twins! Photos coming of the trundle bed but it is in the master bedroom.
This house offers a King bed with full bed and twin as a trundle, a Queen bed, and a Twin bed --- 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom! Truly great for friend reunions or work colleagues!
We do NOT currently offer: curtains (we have blinds).
We DO offer: TV, Cable in the living room, Netflix in the bedrooms, wifi, luxury accommodations with amazing bathrooms, outdoor living space, a huge garage, and kitchen gear. Blow dryer, iron, sheets, towels, coffee, and paper products.
Guests have access to the entire 3-story townhome with 2-car garage. You will have exclusive access to the front porch and the ground floor porch. There is patio furniture for you to enjoy. There is no balcony, but there is a patio.
Your hosts are Superhosts, which means they have earned their place in the high ranks of hosts. Just message through Airbnb to reach them.
If you need any recommendations for the many local eateries, feel free to let us know what you have a taste for. This city is quaint and is full of locally-owned businesses. Hapeville is also home to many flight attendants and pilots since the airport is minutes away. Arches Brewing is recommended if you like beer.
This townhome is just 2 blocks from downtown Hapeville, filled with lots of places you'll want to visit. From art galleries to coffee shops, it is a very authentic Atlanta-area city!
I recommend having a car. We are a very close Uber ride from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta airport so that is an option too. There is plenty of food delivery available if you don't have a car.

• Check-in is at 4 p.m. ET or later. Early check-ins between noon and 3 p.m. can be reserved, as available in advance, for $40. Super early check-ins between 7 a.m. and noon will be $70.
• Check-out is at 11 a.m. A late check-out can be arranged at least three days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee is $40 per every hour past 11 a.m. It is worth it to have a leisurely morning! We will have a few check-out instructions for you including taking your trash and recycling to the driveway cans.
• Do not over stuff the washer. It is brand-new. Please fill it only 75% full or less. It is better to do 2 medium loads than 1 jumbo load. Your clothes will be cleaner with smaller loads.
• Free parking is available to guests 24/7. The garage fits two cars. Additional cars can park on the driveway.
• You will need to carry your luggage up the stairs. There is one bedroom on the main level with the garage. The kitchen and living room are on the second floor. There is no elevator.
• Congratulations! You found it! Incorporate the words "Arches Brewing" into your booking request or inquiry to show your host that you read the listing. Studies show that if you know what to expect you will have a better experience!
• Finally, third party bookings are not allowed due to Airbnb's Terms of Service. The person booking this room must be present at the home for the entire stay. Remember, you can always refer your family member or employee instead — they'll save money on their booking and you'll get an Airbnb credit as well. It's a win-win.
• We are not able to take pets for any reason.
• We love hosting children that are supervised at all times.
• Please check that you entered your guest count when submitting an inquiry or reservation (it should not be 1). Infants aged 1 and under do not count towards the guest count.
• We prefer that the person booking is the person who will be arriving first for check-in. If you will not be the first to check-in, know that you will need to provide instructions to your friend, and provide the name of your friend to us.
• Please do not smoke inside the house or outside anywhere on the property.
• Parties have additional fees and have limitations for size and time of day. Discuss your plans openly upon your first inquiry.
• Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home during your stay unless you have opted for the party add-on.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products must be placed in the trash can provided.
• Stained or ripped sheets, stained towels, and missing items will be charged to you after your stay at replacement cost.
• An unplanned late check-out will be $50 per hour.
• Stays of 28 days or longer will require a mid-stay cleaning for $100. It is for the kitchen, living room, hallways, and hall bathroom. We skip the bedrooms for privacy for the mid-stay cleaning.
• Pets not accepted. If it is discovered that a pet came to the property, it will be a $300 fee.
