✪ The reserved parking spot is directly in front of the unit. There is a small curb without a ramp to step onto before reaching the front door, however, walk-up access from your car is convenient.

✪This is an urban apartment that also houses residential tenants. While the apartment is well insulated, please be aware that it is very likely you may hear noises & smells from the surrounding neighbors or possibly from parking lot.
✪A full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker & tea kettle. Completely stocked with coffee, tea, brita filtered water, flatware, cups, pots & pans, dish towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash can, trash bags & paper towels
✪A full bathroom stocked with four Sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths & toiletries. 3 rolls of toilet paper also provided. Please use the black Make Up towels to remove makeup.
✪A "washing machine and dryer combo" in the unit, located in the bathroom area. The machines are combined into one so you don’t have to take the laundry out of the machine to dry. Be aware, dry time is longer than an average, conventional dryer.
✪Additional cleaning during the stay can be requested by guests for an additional fee. A mandatory, complimentary cleaning is provided for guests who stay longer than 14 days.
