The Space:
There is a separate exterior entry to the basement and is equipped with a full kitchen, bedroom, and full bath. In addition, there is a full washer and dryer for use at your convenience during your stay!

As you walk in, be welcomed by the complimentary snack and drinks! The living room is simply quaint and cozy for your stay! Kick back and enjoy the large Smart TV in the living room so that you can log into your favorite streaming services and pick up on your favorite shows you were right in the middle of before your travels!

WORKSPACE
We understand the need for completing those last-minute items while on your travels in this day in age and happily provide a dedicated workspace with UBS plug-ins as well so that you can set up and work when needed!

QUEEN BEDROOM
As you walk into the queen bedroom, you'll be comforted by the decor and modern decor, perfect side tables for charging your phones overnight, and a closet with a dresser and hangers so you can unpack your belongings so you're not just "traveling" but able to make yourself at home!

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for making a full-spread breakfast, or those wonderful, home-cooked dinners in the evening. Enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee at your convenience. Right attached to the kitchen is the dining room! Enjoy circling for great conversation and a fun time!

BATHROOM
The full bathroom with bathtub is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, fresh and soft bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths!

LAUNDRY
There is a full-size washer and dryer with some detergent just in case you need to do a quick load!

Guest Access:
The entire basement level apartment is yours for enjoying for the duration of your stay! There is a full size washer and dryer for your use at any time as well! Please feel free to kick back and relax in the nestled spot we created just for you! 😊

The Neighborhood:
This house is wonderfully located in the Stetson Hills subdivision so you know you're close to everything off Powers Blvd! Anything you want is nearby, and it's probably less than a 10 minute drive!

Getting Around:
Conveniently enjoy walking down the street and you'll find yourself at Stetson Park in less than 5 minutes! Walk if your prefer, but less than a 5 minute drive and you will have easy access to a King Soopers for groceries, Fiesta Jalisco which serves amazing Mexican food, Jasmine Cafe which serves delicious Chinese food, and Golden Flame Wings which might seem like a hidden gem once you've tried it!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

We rent the upstairs unit separately, providing its private access. The front porch serves as the shared entryway, allowing convenient access for both units.
Occasionally, there may be other guests staying in the upstairs unit, which could lead to some noise. However, we have taken measures to enhance your comfort, such as providing a sound machine and a fan in the bedroom. We strive to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
