This lovely and recently updated 2BR+ condo has a premium location within the building community (2nd floor, center of building) offers one of the best views of the Moorings Bay. The beautiful Naples beach is across the street. This condo will sleep up to six comfortably with a King size beds in both the Master bedroom and second bedroom. The unit also has a third room which has a comfortable pull out couch bed. The kitchen has a direct bay view and provides ample supplies to enjoy cooking. This condo has 3 large (75", 60" and 50") TVs. One in each of the bedrooms and a 75" flat screen 4K HDTV mounted on the wall in the living room. Cable and Wi-Fi, water and electric are included with the rental. A screened in Lanai overlooks the beautiful grounds, pool area with an unobstructed view of the Moorings Bay. Outdoor barbeque grills are provided surrounded in a setting which includes outdoor cocktail tables for your comfort. The complex offers access to a community party room. Along the docks on the bay you will find several high cocktail tables and chairs. Also available is a floating kayak dock to assist with easy access to the water. Venetian Village which offers many upscale shops and restaurants is just a short walk away. This condo is also located just 4 miles north of the downtown 5th Avenue and the New Naples Pier. This condo is available for rent between January 1 and March 31, 2024. A MINIMUM 90 DAY rental period applies during this available time period.
