This apartment is in the lower left quadrant of a 1937 era four-plex. Parking is in the rear with a short stone bridge over a fish pond. Cross over the stone patio to the rear door and enter, take three steps up and enter Apartment “Hazel” on your right. This hallway also houses the laundry closet and stairs to two upstairs apartments. Upon entering Hazel, you will take several steps inside kitchen and look to your left to turn on the overhead light switch.
The apartment is generous in size with wood and ceramic tile floors and good closet space. Enjoy the large patio night and day.
