The space
Our spacious home has been much loved since being built in 2001, and considerable thought was put into making it comfortable for you!
The downstairs bedroom features a king sized bed with a "Purple" mattress and we give the guests the option on the second bedroom. You may choose either to have a queen bed Or a twin bed with a twin floor mattress. Please let me know which will work out best for your stay. I also have a pack and play available upon request prior to your check-in date.
Before booking please be aware that our home has several obstacles that may be a problem for families with small children. We have stairs with a hallway that opens to the living room 9.5 feet down to the living room floor. Also, the lower level of the home has a gas wall mount heater. I've included photos of both.
Other things to note
*Please be kind to our septic system! No grease down drains, and only toilet paper can be flushed.
*If you request a reservation change, I can only issue a refund for days that are unused if you notify me by 10:00 a.m.
*This home shares a common wall with a seperate (similar to a duplex) so you may hear thumps or bumps from time to time.
