Positive: It's close to Hoan Kiem and there are many good restaurants nearby, so it's good. The staff is friendly. In particular, a staff member named Andrew took great care of me during breakfast and gave me a cute key ring as a gift. I felt good when I checked out. I'm satisfied. I'll use this hotel again next time.
