PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY PRIOR TO BOOKING. Affordable, clean, comfy place to stay near everything. I try to set expectations. If it's what you expected, give it 5 stars 🌟. Vinyl wood look floor throughout. 40-65 inch TV in every room. Close to everything. 2 Shopping centers within a few minutes. Close to bus line. 15 mins to Train station. Beach 10 mins drive away, straight shot. FLL airport 8 mins. Property is attached to another on the rear where a full time rear tenant lives but no shared living spaces. You must exit the front door, walk down the driveway, and pass by rear guest area and an RV to get to the backyard. The back yard has a 5 foot fence around it and the pool, hot tub, and rear yard is for your use only during your stay. Full privacy. Free parking for 2 cars. Other cars are also parked to the right side of the driveway, you will park to the left side. Tankless water heater for long hot showers. Panel shower system with jets and rain shower. Firestick TV w Netflix+Hulu+Disney+HBO+ Fast 300mbps speed WiFi. Rear yard is a work in progress, so it's not "beautiful" yet - but it's a nice amenity for a low price. Lowest price in the area for all the amenities and taking everything into consideration. If you want an absolutely perfect home where the furniture does not have a few nicks, do not rent this home. If you have a dire OCD need for anything but clean, comfortable, and safe (like if everything must be top of the line and you don't like Florida geckos and tropical vines and trees) book somewhere else. This home is comfortably lived in. The neighbors are friendly. We do all we can to address any and all needs within a few hours, so just tell us if you need anything- don't wait for the review. We want you to be happy! The pool and hot tub are cleaned weekly. Pool is NOT heated. Rain may cause excessive leaves in pool due to the tropical Florida foliage. Its not dirty, its a leaf. There's a blower and a skimmer if you need it. The pool is 12 feet deep...practice caution and safety. Chaise loungers are Perfect area for sunbathing. Gas grill is perfect for cooking out and will be full for you. Come stay, enjoy!
