Summary: Was charged a double incidentals home after it was requested I scan my card on both machines. Toilet was clogged - waited a long time and a plunger in a bag was dropped off. Sink also was not draining well. A maintenance person finally showed up, knocked quickly- then entered our room with no chance to cover up while changing (I dove under the covers and minor daughter was left to deal with him) - issue was mainly fixed but plumbing was still slow. Was a surprise as we had stayed there in the past with no issues. Was not offered a chance to move rooms. Was advised to dispute the double l hold with my credit card company if it did not fall off
