Located in block Atlantico 60 this apartment overlooks the 14th green on the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort and is close to the sports area. It also overlooks a wonderful pool, orange and lemon groves and the Sierra del Carrascoy mountains. The apartment enjoys the late morning, afternoon and evening sunshine as well as some of the best sunsets on the resort. Its best feature are the wonderful view from the terrace!
It is an ideal property for summer or winter holidays as it is fully air conditioned and the large sunny terrace can be enclosed by the glass curtains when the temperatures fall.

The regions capital Murcia is 25 minutes by car and is a wonderful place to spend the day sightseeing the local attractions including the Cathedral.
