Situated just an easy walk away from one of the best surf beaches in Sydney, Hachi is the ideal holiday home for friends and family to get away, get together and really live the Avalon life!
Hatchi is located in a quiet beachside cul de sac with easy access to the Yellow Brick Road footpath. From here it’s an easy walk to North Avalon Beach, shops and cafes or heading in the other direction, a nice level stroll past South Avalon and its famous ocean pool and into Avalon Village for shopping, coffee, lunch, dinner and drinks.
Arriving at the holiday house, there is a convenient two-car carport offering off-street parking. A secure, remote controlled electric gate gives you access here.
Hachi sits surrounded by lush tropical palm trees and plants. Facing west and designed to soak up the sunshine, you will find a mix of modern luxury and old world, colonial charm. Jump into the pool for a cool splash , the kids have a play area with rope ladders and swings. Lounge on the stylish daybeds on the lawn for an afternoon siesta, read a book in a rattan chair among the frangipani trees and later, dinner can be made at the outdoor kitchen featuring a gas barbecue and space for food prep, conveniently located right beside the outdoor entertaining area with extendable dining table.
Hachi has a neat, stand-alone cabana area that is perfect for a teenage retreat. It has a large smart TV, comfy furniture and its very own arcade games! This great room also has the ability to sleep two persons comfortably if required.
The family room, the light and bright theme continues white ceiling fans and vintage lamps. Meanwhile the floor to ceiling louvre windows, flood the room with daylight and offer a seamless view of the palm trees swaying outside. Blending classical and modern charm once more, there are elegant, soft, comfy lounges and chairs in this room, pieces together with a large, flat screen smart-TV and a Sonos music system. There is a convenient laundry area with a toilet adjacent to this room.
Next to the dining room is the Den. With a bar area overlooking the garden, another flat screen smart-TV and bifold windows, it is a great spot to enjoy breakfast, coffee or maybe a Singapore Sling as the sun goes down!
The kitchen has brass taps, a deep, ceramic apron-front sink and timber cabinets offering generous storage space. There is a central island bar, modern and stylish appliances with a dishwasher, two ovens, an induction cooktop and a large fridge-freezer…perfect for the budding chef in the group! There is also a pod coffee machine, microwave and filtered drinking water.
The huge master suite features a stunning timber king bed and a luxury en suite shower room.
The second bedroom, has 2 king single beds, the third a queen bed and the fourth a set of bunk beds.
The main bathroom. has a good size bathtub and walk-in shower.
Avalon and its stunning surroundings are a truly special part of the world. Just a short flat stroll to the vibrate Avalon village with many boutique cafes and wine bars. At the end of the street is an amazing skate park for the young at heart and hours of fun for the kids.
