This amazing 3-bedroom apartment is located in one of the newly built Torres Martiricos. A few meters from the historic center and El Corte Inglés shopping center. Supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc.
The building has a concierge, indoor swimming pool (on request), gym (on request), playroom, co-working room, audiovisual room, bicycle storage area and swimming pool on the roof.
The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a 150 double bed, another double bedroom with a 135 bed and another bedroom with a 135 double sofa bed. Two bathrooms with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen has: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster and breakfast bar. Living room with 55' Smart TV.
Terrace with beautiful views of the city of Malaga. Central air conditioning and heating.
Note:
Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day
Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.
Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm.
For check-ins after 9 p.m we offer two options: pick up the keys at the office at no cost, or meet us at the reserved apartment. This last service has an extra charge of EUR 50 payable upon arrival. Please let us know in advance so we can organize.If you wish to enter later than 21.00, you will have to pay a supplement of 30 euros from 21 to 23 hours and 50 euros from 23 onwards
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga) for Check-in is done in our office.Please do not forget to come earlier as all guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit of 150 euros will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
