The Marquise is located at the south end of the Indian Rocks Business triangle. Very easy walk to nearby restopaaurants, CVS, and Splash water park! This comfortable vacation rental offers views of the inland waterway and some views of the beach. Adorable 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation condo with full size washer & dryer and easy beach access. Small complex located directly on the beach and very walkable. There is no elevator in the complex. This is a two-story walk up but worth every step! One assigned parking spot and one guest parking pass provided.
Walking distance to Villa Gallace, Crabby Bills, JD's, Splash Water Park, Post Office and CVS.
Starter supply of TP, soap and paper towel.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is absolutely amazing. It is so clean, right on the beach (corner), but you can see it from the balcony. We've been coming back for years. Everything you could possibly need is available in the rental. It is a quiet perfect spot for rest and relaxation. The rental company is top notch, and so easy to work with!
