The apartment design matches the eclectic, hip nature of the neighborhood. The central living area offers plenty of space and natural sunlight from the vast window, which opens to a small balcony; there's a sitting area for you to unwind and relax, a small dining table for four that can be used as an improvised work desk, and an open-plan kitchen that's equipped with all the essentials to cook your meals.
A European king bed is fitted into the studio with a dedicated wardrobe to store all your possessions. The cozy bathroom is well-ventilated, with a shower, toilet and sink. Clean towels, complimentary toiletries and hotel-quality linens will also be provided.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.
Please, take into consideration that we have an alarm and two photo-detectors connected with it, they don´t record.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
