The space
STUIDO WITH BACKYARD & PATIO & DRIVEWAY PARKING. Bedroom has a closet, ceiling fan. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, microwave, refrig with water/ice in door, dishwasher, electric stove, Mr. Coffee pot and Keurig single serve (complimentary coffee), toaster. TV in living room. AT&T internet. Hair Dryer in bathroom. Iron and ironing board in the closet. City Coop has written procedures for staff cleaning and it has always included disinfecting high touch areas. Guest have access to cleaning supplies too for use during their stay. Starter supplies for laundry, kitchen cleaning, napkins, paper towels, shampoo, soap (kitchen and bath). For food safety, no food items are provided except for cooking oil and coffee. A laundry room is available if you stay more than 1 week. Experienced Host!
North of Tinker AFB. Snuggled in a mid-century neighborhood, this house is spacious with an open floor plan. The area is surrounded by eateries (Braums, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Sonic, Applebees, I-HOP. . ), grocery stores (Crest Foods, Aldi, Wal Mart), city parks, bus stop. 15-20 minutes to downtown OKC, OU Medical Center, OK River Trail, State Capitol. TAFB 2/1/2 miles (+/-). Close to Boeing too. Softball and baseball venues within minutes

You will receive an access code in the check-in instructions and a passcode for the lockbox.
You will have access to your unit only. Please don't access other units, storage room, basement, or garage.
Other things to note
- There are 2 units on this property. This is unit 2, located on the left side.
- Unit 2's dedicated parking spot is on the left side. Please don’t park on the right side.
- The unit has a central A/C and Heat.
- The backyard is available to use.
- Check-in is at 4 p.m. and Check-out is at 11 a.m.
- Same-day booking will be notified of the new check-in time as it might not be ready when you book.
- Please add your pet to the reservation if you plan to bring them.
- We do PEST control monthly, but it’s Oklahoma, and we often get ants and insects visiting the house, especially during the rain or stormy weather. It doesn’t mean we do not clean the house well. If the cleaning team notices during cleaning time sessions, they try to remove them. We followed a cleaning procedure and guidelines but could not control this issue completely. Please find the spray bottle under the sink if you notice ants or some insects.
- The weather in Oklahoma is quite extreme. We will try our best to keep the most comfortable temperature for the house, but we can not guarantee to adjust them at a level you wish (extremely cold in the summer or extremely hot in the winter). Adjusting the thermostat to that level will damage the A/C system, and you will be responsible for it.

- You can also choose between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver because it protects you if you cause accidental damage during your stay at our place.
**Additional charge**
-Please add your pet to the reservation (We allow Dogs only) if you plan to bring them. The fee is $35 per dog/per stay.
- We will give 1 set of towels per person. The 2nd set needs to be requested 24 hours before checking time. After the 2nd will be $20 per set
- Early check-in at 2 p.m. or late check-out at 1 p.m. is available for a fee of $40. Please let us know 24 hours before we can approve this request to arrange our schedule and collect the payment.
- Please check for all of your personal belongings before check-out. We won’t hold any responsibility for your items. There will be a $50+ shipping fee to ship it to you.
- If you don’t leave our property by 11:00 a.m. (unless late check-out has been approved), you will be charged a late check-out fee of $40 as we have to pay extra for the cleaning team for their wait time or reroute them.
