Abundance of deer walking through the 9.71 acres of nothing but pure nature. Has a huge stone fire pit and chairs that overlook the water way.
This listing has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 large bathrooms, 2 queen beds, two twin beds. Air beds welcome. There is plenty of room. All bedrooms are upstairs. A large updated kitchen with new appliances, personal ice maker, plenty of amenities for cooking, two dining room tables, two living room areas, washer & dryer, big screen T.V.'s, fireplace, Wi-Fi, direct TV, computer and printer, along with games to play and movies to watch. Also, has a large attached sunroom that leads to an even bigger patio deck with grill.
This peaceful diamond in the rough country home is 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs, Magic Springs Theme Park or Oaklawn Race Track. Five minutes from the nearest store. Has a private driveway and plenty of parking. Not to mention that beautiful sound of running water over the spillway. There will be plenty of fishing and nature at this vacation destination. So if you are in the mood for a relaxing quiet vacation stay, we have the place for you! Bring your small canoe or raft and enjoy.

Summary: The property was as described and was in the beautiful, picturesque setting of nature. It is roomy & comfortable, but in need of several repairs. This is a two-story home & when a hairdryer was turned on upstairs, it blew a breaker & all power was lost upstairs. We found VERY dirty coffee mugs in the cabinets, only to soon discover that the dishwasher did not work & we had to hand wash all of our dishes on our family vacation in which we cooked & ate most of our meals at the house. Not my idea of a relaxing vacation. Then the oven went out on the 2nd day. I turned it on to preheat, heard a loud pop, there was a small amount of smoke & a hot electrical smell & the power to the oven was lost. We contacted property management & they scheduled a repairman for the next morning. He was very courteous, but the oven & dishwasher could not be repaired during our stay. Very disappointing to buy food to cook on vacation only to find the dishwasher & oven could not be used. The ice maker was also nonfunctioning. Property management handled the situation, but initially seemed completely unconcerned. On their second call back they changed their tune a bit. We enjoyed the home other than our appliance issues. I would not recommend this property & would not be interested in staying there again.
