This home has 4 levels and can sleep up to 20 guests comfortably.
You enter at the second level to find a full kitchen and dining area with a half bath. From there you can step down into the family room and laundry room which has a washer and dryer for your use. If you step up to the third level you will come to 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. From there you step up to the fourth level to find a living room area, the master bedroom, to included a jacuzzi tub and walk in closet. Just off the master bedroom and living room you will find a toddler bedroom with 2 bunk beds to sleep a total of 4.
This home is pet friendly as it has a fenced in back yard to includes an outdoor dog kennel. But the dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture. They need to stay on the main floor and lower family room where there is a dog couch. Pet fee is refundable if rules are followed
There is a nice patio area with a swimming pool back there too. The front of the house hosts a large porch for relaxing. House has a 2 car garage and driveway large enough to hold 6 more cars. There is a back drive way that can hold up to 8 more cars and if more parking is needed arrangements can be made.
The back yard has a pool for your use during your stay. Please note your guests need to be registered for this stay to use the pool. No outside guests allowed in pool or on property during your stay for insurance purposes.
If interested in kayaking on the nippersink. There are a total of 8 kayaks that can also be rented for your entire stay at $30 per kayak or $ 200 for all 8 of them. Just let me know. The glacier park is less than a mile away and that is where you can access with the kayaks. The trip can be 3 -4 hours to the next exit or 5 -6 hours if you want a longer trip. Please check the water levels before going out. There is a trailer that can be used to pull kayaks to the many lakes or parks in the area.
No pets allowed in or on pool rails you will loose your deposit when rules are not followed.
