Our home is a beautiful resort style farmhouse. Enter through the front gates and wind down the drive passing our small pond and dock on the left. The yard is adorned with gorgeous landscape and wildlife habitat, a fabulous lap pool and a spa which may be heated for an additional fee. Entry to the home is through the two car enclosed garage. You immediately enter the gourmet kitchen with six burner gas range and double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, beverage cooler and french door refrigerator. The kitchen offers reverse osmosis filtered water and ice cubes. From the kitchen pass into the living space...a large playroom and sitting room including a television and ping pong table. From here you see the great room with a large wood burning fireplace. Down the hall there are three bedrooms each with it's own private bathroom and walk in closet. The bedroom on the right is handicap accessible. The master bedroom is at the end of the hall, a very large room with a gas fireplace and private screened porch. The master shower is big enough for the whole family with multiple shower heads and body sprays, overlooking the pool. At the front of the home is a living room, dining room and foyer. The living room is currently unfurnished. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a shared bath and reading nook. Each of these rooms include designated work spaces, two large desks. There are two laundry rooms, one in the master bath and a very large laundry off the kitchen on the garage end of the home.
The grounds include a 60 foot lap pool with two lanes and a spillover spa. The pool is chlorinated using a salt cell. The spa may be heated for an additional fee. The pool house houses an open space that has a few free weights and some yoga gear. There is a very comfortable outdoor seating area with ceiling fans and a gas grill just off of the pool house. It is easy to spot butterflies and hummingbirds from the open air porch. In the back, I have 5 stables and 3 pastures which may be rented for an additional fee.

Heated Spa - The spa on a chilly evening is the perfect spot to star gaze. We charge $25 per firing to cover gas costs. Just let us know if you would like to have the spa lit.
Firewood - We will happily bring you kindlin for your fire.
Stables & Pasture - We are happy to help you with accommodations for your equine friends, please contact us for pricing.
Camper Spot - Small RV parking with both electric and water, but no dump station for either gray or black water.
Event space - we are happy to quote events with attendance of 99 or fewer attendees.
Corporate Rentals - we would love to discuss this further with you.
Wildlife - we enjoy a large variety of birds including the occasional Bald Eagle. We also have many squirrels, foxes, coyote, wild turkey and deer. Please shoot them with your camera only!
