4 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Bedding and Internet

This Lakehouse is for family or friends who are looking to have a quiet and relaxing time.
Enjoy the crisp lake breeze and beautiful sceneries of the lake throughout the property (just under 1 acre). Take pleasure in warm gatherings around the fire pit in the evenings, along with spending quality time in the spacious living room. This property is located southwest of the bridge where the Point Marina is located. It is located in Lake Gaston Estates (Hubquarter).
The lakehouse is fully equipped with a spacious kitchen and family room. There is a Keurig coffee maker, the renter is responsible for bringing coffee pods for the Keurig.
There are 3 restaurants within minutes of the property where you can enjoy local dining and live music. The renter is responsible for soap, shampoo, and other bathroom necessities for their own personal use. We supply towels, soap over the sinks, and one roll of toilet paper.
We have a horseshoe area, basketball court, and outside fire pit. We have a deck with a Weber grill. The renter is responsible for the gas needed for the grill. The deck overlooks the lake and the dock.
There is a community swim area and a boat loading dock in the neighborhood. There are restaurants, water activity rentals, a grocery store, and a gas station within a 20-minute drive or boat ride.
Our boat dock can accommodate a boat for storing while staying at the lakehouse. The water is shallow around the dock and cove (as low as 3 feet and up to 6ft) to get out into the main lake.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed an awesome week on the lake. The house was very clean and the perfect size for our 7 people. Communication with the owner was very informative and helpful. One thing that I would suggest is to get the ac unit serviced or checked. On the hot days it would not keep the house below 74. Even at night. Made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Otherwise we really enjoyed a relaxing week and would book this house in the future
