This home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfy and refreshing living room, a dining room, a full kitchen, & a finished lower level!!!!!!
Located at Grandview heights, this tropical home is just minutes away from Downtown Columbus, Nationwide Arena, Columbus Museum of arts, COSI, and the Ohio State University..
The Space:
This beautiful home is perfectly designed to accommodate a family or a group of friends! The first floor features a living room, dining area, kitchen, and full bathroom. Going down, we renovated our basement into a movie room with a mini-bar.
This property has a total of 4 bedrooms with queen size beds for each room. The master bedroom has its own working space, walk-in closet, and its own bathroom.
The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and utensils. The kitchen also includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, and coffee maker.
Going outdoors? Enjoy it! With a fully fenced backyard with a brick paver patio and fire pit. Perfect to gather everyone around at night while enjoying the fire outside. Wood is provided out back.
Parking - There is a two-car garage located out in back of the house and plenty of on street parking as well!
Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the house during your stay. You'll enter and leave out the side door, there is a keypad on the side door for your convenience. You will also have garage access by using the man door with a keycode, once inside you will be able to open the garage door.
The Neighborhood:
With a fantastic downtown location at an unbeatable value for the quality, this home will make your stay in the metro Columbus area one to remember. Anywhere you want to go in German Village, Downtown, or Grandview, or The Short is a quick 5-10 min drive. Take a quick ride to downtown Grandview Avenue which is home to many locally owned restaurants, breweries, and boutiques. With proximity to Columbus John Glenn International airport, only 15 mins away, this is the perfect location for anyone in town for a short trip. With easy access to Highway 670, 70, and 71 you can make it to any location around in Columbus in about 15-20 minutes (without traffic). Many of Columbus' most popular attractions like: The Columbus Zoo, Ohio Theatre, Short North, Crew Stadium, Nationwide Arena, Easton Town Center, Ohio State University, Cosi, Brewdog, Schiller Park, Ohio Expo Center, Covention Center, Ohio Stadium (The Horseshoe), Huntington Park, North Market, German Village, German Village, Ohio Statehouse, Ohio State Medical Center, Scioto Mile, Goodale Park, Berliner, Polaris, Campus, Columbus State University, Ohio Health, Goodale Park, Wexner Medical Center, and Mount Carmel, and Children's Hospital are all easily accessible!

There is plenty available around this home with a quick 5 minute ride. Nearby Grandview Avenue is home to several eateries, bars, & shops and within a Lime Bike or nice walk away so I highly recommend checking it out during your stay. Downtown Columbus especially the Short North and German Village, which is also about a 5-7 minute drive, has even more places for food, fun, and festivals! We’re also just a short 20-25 minute drive to all of Atlanta’s attractions and hotspots with ridesharing services Lyft and Uber available.
