Positive: The location of the house is very good - close to the Colosseum and close to the city center. However, the street where the house is located is not very inviting, as during our entire stay there was garbage from neighboring houses on the street, such as washing machine, mattress and other things. The house has 3 floors and the interior looks exactly like in the photos. The ground floor of the house was very unpleasantly surprising by the poor cleanliness - a dirty carpet that you can't walk on with bare feet, a dirty and torn cover on the couch and generally unclean details. The two rooms on the first floor have clean simple bedding and a clean bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is also ok, nice, clean bed, clean bathroom. I was not satisfied with the accommodation due to ground floor cleanliness, we used activelly only bedrooms. There was no agreement with the provider about a refund if we will find another accomodation - exactly as per booking terms and conditions.
