THE GATED COMMUNITY...
Truman Annex is the most exclusive private residence community in Old Town Key West. Located just off the main drag of Duval Street, Truman Annex is an oasis of calm, quiet streets lined with palm trees and beautiful Floridian homes. The entrance to Truman Annex is secured by a 24-hour staffed guard gate and you can use the residential entry gate keys to come and go on foot at night. Just beyond Truman Annex is the newly constructed Truman Waterfront Park - complete with a family friendly playground area and the Key West amphitheater. While you won’t need a car to get around from this exceptional location, the property does include off-street parking for 3 vehicles.
THE RESORT-STYLE PRIVATE POOL & SPACIOUS DECK...
GRAND KEY OASIS features one of the largest private heat-optional pools in Key West. The pool area, which gets plenty of sun all day long, will undoubtedly be a primary gathering spot for your group. Privacy is in abundance as the entire pool area is fenced in and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Spend your days swimming laps in the spacious pool or relaxing poolside in the many chaise lounges that line the deck. When you’re ready to escape the sun, grab a cool drink at the outdoor covered bar complete with a huge 80” flat screen TV. Fire up the propane grill and enjoy a BBQ using the outdoor dining set. Whether you’re having an intimate cookout of today's fresh catch, enjoying a pool day with your family or toasting champagne before heading to Duval, there is plenty of space (and luxury) for you to enjoy outdoors.
Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.
THE LIVING AREAS & KITCHENS...
You’ll notice from the moment you enter that there’s no shortage of ‘grand’ touches throughout this luxurious home. The muraled living area of the main house is large enough for your group to gather in or spread out comfortably. Everyone has a seat to watch your favorite show or the big game on the large Flat Screen TV, or simply kick back and relax in your lush surroundings (How about that statue?!) The guest house also has a living area on the second floor, giving those guests a comfortable space to relax and enjoy. Both living areas have a bathroom conveniently located nearby.
The fully equipped kitchen in the main house is located next to the spacious living room and features gourmet stainless steel appliances, including a professional chef’s gas range. You’ll have every tool needed to prepare meals from the comfort of home, plus plenty of prep and storage space. Enjoy a sit-down meal using the glass dining table or catch a quick bite at the kitchen bar. There is also a full kitchen, bar seating, and indoor dining in the guest house.
