Summary: They were quick at check in, Very polite, We had a little oops on our reservation on our end and they glady fixed it for us quickly! The only downfall is they don't have shuttles running during the week so we had to walk to the hotel from the chalets which isn't to far normally but in the winter when it's freezing outside it sucks, Also the pool is awesome at the main hotel and open to adults till 1am but Absolutely no beers or alcohol allowed at all which takes away the fun of being there until 1am. All in all great place to stay.
