As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by a welcoming and expansive living room, brand new kitchen with a huge island for entertaining. It features 5 sofas, three sofa chairs, a 65-inch TV, a pool table, poker table, ping ping pong table, two pub tables seating for four, two dining tables that comfortably accommodates 14 guests, and 6 counter height chairs for sitting at the massive kitchen island. The modern kitchen has seating for 7 and is fully equipped with dinnerware for 24 people and all the necessary cooking and bakeware, allowing you to prepare a delightful dinner.
The Grand Casa boasts a total of seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. The mattresses are of high quality, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The sleeping arrangements include two king-size beds, seven queen-size beds, and four twin-size beds.
