3 Bedroom House with Balcony, Security and Air Conditioner
This stylish home is perfect for group trips, family getaways and work retreats! The Chef’s kitchen comes complete with a Wolf gas range and all the gadgets you need to entertain your guests. Enjoy the enormous park like outdoor space where children can play on the jungle gym while you BBQ and enjoy outdoor entertaining. Plus, there are many marinas and local outdoor recreation opportunities available for your paddle boards, kayaks, and crab pots!
This is a self-entry rental, but my husband and I live around the corner if you need anything at all.
Low density single family neighborhood with lifelong friends nearby.
Guests have access via a keypad at the front door. The code is provided upon booking confirmation within a day or two of arrival.
You will enter into an expansive living room, dining room and lounge open to the chef's kitchen, a true place for entertaining! There are two recently renovated full bathrooms, three bedrooms with separate temperature controls and a den for relaxing, TV, work, games and study.
Property line is between two driveways, neighbors prefer all pets stay on the rental property and not in their yards.
The neighbors next door although do have friendly dogs and there is an invisible electric fence.
We don’t quite have a fence yet but are getting there :) Leashes are best!
No street parking available.
Six cars maximum are allowed on the property and should all remain in the driveway.

The family pier is around the corner, please coordinate with host for boat slip rental booking/pricing and water sport rentals including stand up paddle boards and kayaks.
Pet Friendly!
Please ensure you review the entire house rules section prior to booking as we have zero tolerance for parties, smoking, and a few other important rules.
Note there are plenty of towels available for your use, but we do not provide washcloths.
We do have well water that is treated with top-of-the-line systems making it drinkable and safe for use. However, due to the well water there may be a slight smell from time to time depending on the weather, climate, and sea conditions.
Each additional guest above approved number (8) must pay $50 per person, per night and be approved by us, your hosts. We rarely approve more than the maximum of 8 guests.
Please respect neighbors' peace and privacy, we want to keep the community family friendly.
