This two-story home sits on a spacious corner lot in Tampa Heights, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. It's also incredibly convenient, within walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions. You will have easy access to downtown, the Tampa Riverwalk, the Florida Aquarium, and world-class dining and shopping within a two-mile radius.
The house dates back to 1902, its charm immediately evident in the gorgeous outdoor spaces. Bring your morning coffee outside to the porch swing, watch your kids splash in the pool and play cornhole each afternoon, and gather for sunset barbecues in the backyard - complete with plush seating.
The interior maintains much of its original character, enhanced by new beams and granite finishes.
