Other Things to Note:
Amenity limitations - Guests will not be able to access the Garage and left side of the gate. We occupy the remaining two bedrooms attached to the Garage while we have guests in the house with a separate entrance and no common or shared area. We give total privacy to the guests.
Outdoor security cameras are covering the front entrances from the street and the back entrance and all around the premises, including the pool area. Active 24/7. Glendale is one of the top safest cities in the US, and our neighborhood; however, we would like to ensure our safety and others.
Additional Rules
- We look forward to accommodating you during your stay. However, we must clarify that our house is NOT a party house.
- The booking guest needs to have a fully verified account (ID, Email, and Phone-Nr.) and to register EVERY person staying at our house with full name on the day of booking but not later than 5 days upon the arrival. Ignoring this rule will result in cancellation.
- ONLY with the full name of registered guests are allowed on the property.
- NO LOCAL MEET-UP AND STAYING OVER with any persons not previously registered/booked and agreed by the host.
- Definitely, NO unbooked and unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time. Additional fees will be charged to a Guest by a Host for additional individuals invited to, or otherwise provided access to, the Covered Accommodation who are not included in the Guest’s booking of such Covered Accommodation.
Visitors are only allowed with the prior authorization of the host for short visits.
Visitors also must never be allowed access to keys.
Smoking, loud music, parties, events, filming, and late-night noise will not be tolerated in any way. Any disturbances, anti-social behavior, or unusual coming and goings are usually reported to local agencies by the neighbors. This property is non-smoking. If you smoke inside the house you will forfeit your security deposit to compensate for additional cleaning. All dishes/utensils/pots/pans should be left clean. Any damage to furniture, walls, appliances, equipment, etc - incur a repair/replacement fee, at our discretion. The "NO" list...booking our home explicitly declares your agreement and compliance with our house rules. Violations may result in cancellation of your booking (with penalties), security deposit forfeit/deductions, and/or any other remedies available to us as Airbnb hosts: No smoking inside.
