Accommodating up to four guests, the studio features a king-size bed and a queen-size Murphy bed. Due to the layout, we kindly request guests to be 10 years or older to ensure a comfortable stay.

Please be aware that the central location comes with the possibility of road noise and city lights outside the windows, but worry not—room darkening drapes are readily available for a peaceful night's sleep. The studio is in close proximity to other downtown businesses, offering street parking for your convenience. Additionally, a public parking garage is just around the block for those preferring an alternative.
Our Studio is situated above a high-end cocktail bar in Historic Downtown Summerville. The bar operates Tuesday-Thursday, 4 PM-10 PM, Friday & Saturday, 4 PM-11 PM, and offers private events on Sundays. To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a sound machine and earplugs for our early-to-bed or light sleepers, and we've collaborated with the bar's owner to add extra insulation between spaces, minimizing noise as much as possible. Your comfort is our priority in this vibrant downtown retreat.

Unfortunately, no. You can't put a price on great memories! We extend a 10% discount on all stays 7+ nights or more and a 15% discount on stays 28+ days or more. The discount will automatically be applied at the checkout screen.

Yes, we provide wifi in all of our listings. We have hosted several remote workers over the years and have not had a report of weak wifi.
Is there anywhere to store luggage before check in or after check out in case I’m not able to check in early or check out late?
