Welcome to Shell Yeah, a newly built home with amazing views. This home is a gorgeous 3-bedroom, single story paradise. With its spacious open concept kitchen, and living area, Shell Yeah is sure to accommodate any family gathering. The large kitchen is beautifully equipped with all new appliances, an additional faucet over the stove for ease of access, and ample counter space. The kitchen also has an amazing view of Mobile Bay; ensuring you never miss the view while cooking dinner! The laundry room is also spacious and has a view of the bay, making something as mundane as folding clothes enjoyable. The living room is fully furnished and filled with natural light. This room has a great view of the gulf as well as access to the Gulf facing porch. Additionally, the home has blackout curtains in nearly every room, perfect for watching movies on rainy days or sleeping in after a long night of family fun.
On the West side of the home are two bedrooms. Facing the south is a queen room, with a great view of the beach and updated bedside tables that provide extra outlets. To the north is the bunk room, which has one full size bed and a bunk bed of 3 twin beds. The large master bedroom is on the East side of the home and faces the Gulf. Meaning every morning you wake up to an amazing view. The connecting bathroom is large and equipped with a walk-in shower, a deep bathtub, His and Hers countertops and smart mirrors.
