3.) You as the guest are responsible for reimbursing hosts for any refunds given to cancellations of guests as a result of your late check out.

Summary: Quiet neighborhood, gated house, covered parking, clean, good internet. Two people can manage. Not comfortable to sit for meals. Couch not comfortable to watch TV. Bathroom not big enough for the total number of people that could stay here. No dishwasher soap provided. No dish rack for drying dishes. No dish towels. Two spoons for eating. No medium size pots. A lot of empty kitchen cabinets that could store needed kitchen items. No bathroom towel racks. Some things missing from amenities list in VRBO. I understand Truvi verifying a renter, but that should be at the expense of the owner or property manager. This would be a very nice place to stay if when it was remodeled the bathroom was made bigger and up to date,
