Welcome to my charming English Tudor home, located in one of the most coveted walking neighborhoods of LA, and ideal for art lovers, foodies, and anyone eager to enjoy the major attractions of the city. Just a 3-minute walk to Larchmont Village (one of the trendiest hubs of cafes +farmers market) and a short drive to Hollywood's major attractions, this home defines Southern California living.
I've been a Super Host on other platforms for 10 years and am brand new to VRBO. I look forward to hosting you!
Nestled in a gorgeous neighborhood with old historic estates and beautiful walking routes, my home comes dialed in with everything you need -- including a deep salt-water pool and a gorgeous patio/BBQ. (Please note, while the pool stays warm naturally in summer, there is an extra cost for heating in the winter months.)
Built in 1924, the home has a unique character and charm, and while it’s not a new property, it's well-loved and comfortable. You’ll find a few personal items to make your stay wonderful, and of course cleared drawers and plenty of closet space for you to settle in.
We offer wireless internet throughout, a flat-screen TV in the living room, and another TV in one of the bedrooms. Both TVs connect to Amazon Prime, Netflix, and other streaming services.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need.
