A 10 minute walk down quaint neighborhood roads to beautiful Stony Beach! 10 minute bike to the sandy beaches of Surf Drive. 7 minute walk to Woods Hole Village restaurants. Take an evening stroll/morning bike ride on the Shining Sea Bike Path (0.3 miles to Shining Sea Bike Path).
This home sits on a 1/3 acre lot and is fairly private, set back from the road.
Venture through picturesque trails in nearby bird sanctuaries/gardens, take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Spend the day in nearby historic Falmouth window shopping, enjoying concerts/farmers markets on the green or just grabbing a bite to eat amongst the wide variety of restaurants from oven baked pizza, to tea room sandwiches, fresh seafood and homemade ice cream.
This is our own family vacation home and we use it for half of the summer - we haven't spared any amenities.
