Completely renovated 2/1 Beach/Fishing Paradise. This roomy cottage is now the perfect vacation getaway! Enjoy awesome fishing, beaching, boating, fresh seafood restaurants, shopping & relaxing. 1/2 mile to the Lanark Boat Ramp, 3 miles to St. James Bay Golf, 4 miles to Carrabelle, 8 miles to beach. 31 miles to St. George Is, 34 miles to historic Apalachicola! Lanark Village was built in the 40's as a military base and is one of the best kept secrets on the Forgotten Coast. A spacious outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax with a gas fire pit, fish cleaning table, outdoor eating for six and a large gas grill all ready to grill your fresh catch! There is also an outdoor shower when you come in from the beach.
One small dog is allowed on request but only with owners approval and an extra $75 pet fee. Pet rules, must crate pet when leaving in the house alone, must pick your dogs poop , and leash outside the fenced yard, and use doggie blankets provided to protect new furniture and linens. No cats allowed, no exceptions.
