The Neighborhood:
MARINA RESERVATIONS
Please note that we do not manage the marina and cannot guarantee availability for slips and trailer parking. All boat slip/trailer parking reservations are on a first come first serve basis and they do not offer slip reservations until 2 weeks prior to the requested dates. You will receive a message from us 2 weeks ahead of your arrival date as a reminder that if you are bringing a boat you should make your reservation at that time.
You will be required to submit a copy of your vessels insurance and registration along with the trailer registration and reservation confirmation. Please be sure to attach all required documents during your initial submission as failure to do so will delay their ability to process your request.
Marina Rules/Regulations/Restrictions:
• All operators of vessels in the marina must have a copy of their current insurance declaration page indicating a minimum of $300,000 bodily liability and $100,000 property damage coverage on file with the dock master.
• Owned or commercially rented vessels must be registered and insured or rented in the name of the owner or registered guest staying on the property.
• Vessels must not exceed 28ft registered length. (Note: maximum beam 9’6”)
We're sorry but Jetskis, campers, commercial vehicles, enclosed trailers, RV's and pets are prohibited within the community.
