The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Golondrina is a well-furnished stylish villa with an attention-to-detail decoration. It is located in a very peaceful residential area on the beautiful hillside of Moraira, less than 2.5 Km away from the attractive coast. From the coast we can enjoy the town of Moraira where a large variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be explored together with very exclusive beaches and coves, this is one of the reasons why this area has become a major hotspot for holiday-goers.
By the drive we find parking for 1 car, from there, the villa takes us down a couple of steps where we find a spacious and select terrace surrounding the private swimming pool, sunbeds, a covered summer kitchen, and a BBQ, all encompassed by an adorable Mediterranean styled garden. From the parking place, we access the villa through a small terrace with outside furniture.
The interior of the villa is built on one level. A spacious and stylish living/dining room welcomes us with Sat+TV+DVD and air conditioning, that flow towards patio doors leading onto a covered terrace with panoramic views of the coastline. From the living room, we continue towards the fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher. Next to it is a utility room with a washing machine. Finally, we find 1 double bedroom with A/C with its own bathroom and another double bedroom with A/C and a shower room. The convenient location of the house offers both the beauty and calmness of the hillside while enjoying the views and proximity of the coastline.
