The new dark hardwood floors are beautiful and complement the rustic beach decor. The bench-style seating for the dining room provides plenty of seating for the whole family. In the living room, you will find a flat-screen TV and a Bose soundbar that provides the best sound for your favorite movie or watching your favorite team. Open up the shades and enjoy the surrounding lush golf course and bright Florida sunshine right from the living room.

The first floor features the Master Bedroom furnished with a king-size bed a flat screen T.V. and private bathroom. The bathroom features a stand up shower and a garden tub perfect for soaking in. The first floor guest bedroom features a king bed and a flat screen T.V. The guest bedroom features a private stand up shower and is also accessible from the hallway. The first floor bedrooms have private access to the wrap around porch. The upstairs master is a private sanctuary furnished with two queen beds and a full bathroom. A flat screen T.V. is also provided for guests and a walk in closet.
The house provides bikes for guests wanting to take a breezy tour around the resort. There are also beach chairs to sit and catch the best sunsets. For easy and quick access to the beach you can use the six seat golf cart to zip over through the under ground tunnel. The walk to the pool and fitness center is short making it a breeze to access.
Because of the home's pristine location, you will be close to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. The Village is filled with shopping boutiques, local restaurants, and many fun, adventurous activities for the kids! Take your kids for a ride on the merry-go-round, let them scale the rock climbing wall, zip line across the lake have a bounce on the Euro bungee trampolines. There are plenty of activities for the whole family inside the Village of Baytowne Wharf. This Sandestin® vacation home comes complete with its own sporty golf cart. You can zip around the resort in style and never worry about traffic or finding parking when you spend your day at the beach.
All of our vacation properties are FAMILY RENTALS ONLY. NO units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. A parent must be staying in the unit at all times. Our rental unit are monitored for violation of this policy. All violators will be evicted with with all rental payments being and additional charge will be applied. Reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy include reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS !!!!
To begin your stay: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.
