Summary: This home is exactly as pictured, no surprises (and I've had a few of those in the past.) It felt good--airy and spacious. It was super clean and had all the essentials (including 3 smart TVs and solid Wifi), and the location is fantastic. In a few minutes you can be on the 101 or 202. There's a Walmart 1 mile away and downtown Chandler is 1.5 miles from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet. Nothing disturbed our 8 days there. We were so content, I had no reason to contact Kay, but she texted to make sure we were ok and let us know she was available 24/7. When our flight out was cancelled and we were put on a later one, she called to tell me not to worry about check out time--the house was ours until we needed to go. She didn't want us to have to wait at the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Kay is a thoughtful host, and her home reflects that.
