2 Bedroom Condo with Spa, Guest Services and Entertainment

The condo is newly renovated with a comfortable, warm, but clean modern style! A screened porch with chairs/ottomans offer great views of the beautifully landscaped golf course and at sunrise expect to see a menagerie of birds congregated at the pond directly behind the condo! The pool is on open water and located just across the street! Beautiful Ft. De Soto Beach and St. Pete Beach are 5 minutes away! Several fab restaurants are within walking distance, as well as a shopping center for dry cleaning, salon needs, etc..!!
Regarding the interior of the condo, expect to see beautiful high end furnishings and finishes. The color palette is very soothing and relaxing. I have been an interior designer for 40 years and designed this home as our second home, when we are not in VA, so I took extra care with designing with comfort, as well as style. The floor is a beautiful glazed wood in soft grey, while the walls are painted soft white to aid in the clean fresh feeling. The sofas have upgraded fabric and custom inserts to ensure maximum comfort. The master bedroom has the Celebrity Tempurpedic style king size mattress and the den/bedroom has a queen size 7" thick upgraded mattress, but is still a pull out bed and not as comfy as a mattress. There is a mattress topper in the closet for use. The main TV is of excellent quality and is a 52" Samsung wall mount with additional R/L speakers and center channel for excellent sound quality. The Den/Bedroom has a 32" wall mount Samsung as an additional TV. Porcelain tile appoints the kitchen, bath, screened porch floors and tub/shower walls. Vertical blinds are used though out for convenient light control. The cabinets in the condo are all European high quality veneer in a dark chocolate brown with stainless steel pulls. All cabinetry tops are ivory quartz material. The kitchen back-splash is multi colored grey glass mosaic tile and the appliances are Whirlpool. The bath fixtures are all Koehler with chrome faucets/handles. There is a wonderful, deep, soaking tub in the master bath for relaxation and a large walk-in shower in the guest bath with a floor to ceiling glass shower enclosure.
******THERE IS A CONDO APPLICATION THAT NEEDS TO BE FILLED OUT WITH A $100 APP FEE PAID TO THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. YOU WILL SEND IN DRVIER'S LICENSE PHOTOS IN ADDITION TO THE FEE AND PHOTOS. I WILL SEND YOU THE PAPERWORK AFTER YOUR BOOKING. IT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED AT LEAST A MONTH PRIOR TO YOUR RENTAL DATE. THANKS SO MUCH!

Summary: From the start the cats danader was an issue. The sofas were uncomfortable and very very soft. The master bedroom walk closet is 75% taken up with owners clothes. The second closet was an owner's closet . As a result we had 5 feet of closet space. The fridge and stove are dated. Never mind the stacked washer and dryer were vintage. Three hours to dry two bath towels? We contacted the owner in mid February asking for her to try and rent the property for March. She advised it takes over a month to get a security clearance and was not possible. We finally left March 10th giving up 18 days of our vacation. Not a good experience!
