Sunny yellow exteriors create a warm welcome for guests arriving to stay at 66 Tall Timber Court. Inside, vaulted ceilings and shiplap details give the main living area an airy and bright ambiance. The dining area offers seating for 8 guests, with three additional seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. Granite countertops, bright white cabinetry, and premium stainless steel appliances make the chef's kitchen a lovely place to prepare family meals. The living area boasts a large flat-screen television, plush furnishings, and a cozy queen sleeper sofa. The first floor presents the stunning primary suite, which features a luxurious king bed, French doors to access the outdoor porch, and a private en suite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, a shower, and a separate soaking tub. Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
