Home Away from Home! 30+ DAY STAYS ONLY :: Welcome to tranquil canyon living in this Golden Hill upgraded 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home!
The spacious back deck faces the canyon, including a private hot tub jacuzzi, outdoor stone shower, outdoor kitchen with a large stainless-steel grill, refrigerator, and sink, an outdoor lounge space, and outdoor dining table to enjoy after work cocktails or dinner along the calm canyon - perfect for relaxing evening, or a fun BBQ with some friends!
The home features hardwood bamboo flooring throughout, a fireplace, and an extensive amount of storage to maximize space throughout the unit. Its lovely kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The bathroom has a rain shower and plenty of storage space for its size. The unit is equipped with modern in-wall, electric, forced-air heating with programmable thermostats. There is a washer and dryer right on the back covered deck, and two dedicated parking spaces as well! Both rooms host queen size beds, and the second bedroom duals as an office space to work from home!

There will be a required $1000 security deposit for the stay. The application fee is $55. There will also be required pet deposits and monthly pet rent, if you decided to bring your pooch. A max of two dogs are permitted (sorry, no cats!), with a 50lb weight limit per dog. NO CATS!! Tenant is also responsible for hot tub maintenance.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.
A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS.
