This four-season, three bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow is located in the Gobles Grove area in Port Elgin. This is a great family cottage just a few minute walk to the beach on foot. Gobles Grove Beach is a beautiful long expanse of sandy beach with shallow waters. Perfect for young families.
7 Jay is a single storey cottage with open concept kitchen/dining & living room. Large windows & skylights bring in the natural light.
Featuring a four-piece bathroom & queen master bedroom and the second and third bedroom have double beds with sleeps 6 guests, an added twin bed and a double pull-out couch allows for an additional three guests, nine in total.
This cottage is nestled on a treed lot in a cottage neighbourhood with two decks, one on the back of the cottage and one on the side. There is a propane BBQ, and a firepit for outdoor entertainment. Parking for 4 vehicles.
Kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer & dryer for your use. Zonal AC – one in each bedroom and one unit in the living room. This property has a flatscreen Smart TV, Wi-Fi & Cable TV.
