A magnificent spot on the Intracoastal Waterway. This property is on the very tip of Goat Island with extensive panoramic views of Lowcountry Marsh Land. Nothing stands in your way as you sit on the brick patio or in the covered cabana and gaze down the channel. It is a great place to rest or do a little bit of Boat Watching.
The house itself is completely surrounded and shaded by Live Oaks, Palms, and Cedar Trees. This keeps the house a little cooler and makes it hardly visible from the water without sacrificing any of the views. It almost feels as though you are staying in a tree house.
With more to offer than just a 'beachfront' house can, this is a fantastic spot year round and not just in the summer.
This Island Getaway is accessible only by boat which makes for a wonderful vacation experience but may leave you with some questions about the logistics.
