Positive: Great location. The house is spacious and has good flow.

Negative: The lack of effort. The grass hasn't been cut, the hot tub has sharp broken plastic where the filter cover should be that drew blood on a hot tub that needs replaced as that's not the only broken part. No lift for the hot tub cover and a dangerous pile of 12 x 12 pavers you're expected to rest the cover on that will try to take out your feet & legs when you try to lift the cover manually. The dog run along the fence that is occupied by a loud & large German Sheppard so don't think there is a yard for your dog to use. The leaking walk-in tub. How many sound systems with no remotes & no instructions? I counted 3. Great potential but there are reasons it's cheaper than comparables.
