This is urban camping. Repeat to your self “An RV is not a hotel”!

This is a cool RV tucked away on an urban acreage.

This is camping in a 12 year old RV! (We recommend saying this out loud to your self and partner, kid, dog ect!) "It's 12 years old!"

Thankfully the mattress is not 12 ;)

The RV comes with sheets and towels as well as all the dishes, cook ware, and cutlery you need for meals at home! It has a full bathroom with shower.

The pool / hot tub and other outside amenities are also shared with the rest of the property!

Wifi - We have it, it isn't the best nor is it the worst

The TV - there is no cable. Bring your own hdmi compatible divice!

Our neighbours are not fantastic :( We live among outrageous mansions with rich neighbours with nothing better to do than complain! So let’s just keep things on the down low so I can avoid any drama!

LGBTQ+ This is a safe space for EVERYONE

Smoking - No smoking inside please. There are ash trays all around the property and smoking is ok outside. Smoking the dope ( 420 ) is also ok outside!

WE DO NOT ALLOW VISITORS - Registered Guests ONLY

The pool is closed / not heated Oct - April

Guest Access
There is parking for ONE car. There is NO street parking close by. So we ask that you plan to bring only one car, or have a plan to walk a bit to get to the second.
Other things to note

OUR DOG - We Have a friendly Lab / Alaskan Malamute that roams the property - Sorry, we will NOT be taking requests to have him put away for the duration of your stay. If you have concerns about us having a pet please reach out.

Number of Guests - This suite is set up and ideal for only 2 guests. we WILL NOT accept requests to host more then 2 in one unit. We will NOT allow you to invite other people over to our house! It takes away from the experience and makes me very grumpy. Please registered guests on the property only.

- No, sorry you cannot have your sisters’ kids over for the day to use the pool. Registered guests only. Registered guests only. Registered guests only.

- Kids are welcome however this property is large and there are many places an unsupervised child can find trouble. We ask that children are never unsupervised. Please no glitter... Now imagine why I need to write this here...

- Pets are allowed with pet fee. The yard is fully fenced for some off-leash time. Keep in mind that we also have a dog so we ask that you make sure your pet is agreeable before going unleashed. We also cannot guarantee an unsupervised pet wont escape.

NO PETS LEFT ALONE IN THE SUITE!

- Quite Time is 10pm (all amenities are closed at 10pm as well)
