Summary: The guy met us to give us the key with a quick explanation of locking the door. Was quick to reply to any texts. The campsite is small, quiet and clean. We did not check out eh property or the bathhouse. The shower in camper was very nice. Camper is roomy. We only needed it for a couple of waking hours amd for sleep as we were gone the rest of the time. The camper could use a good cleaning but I do clean homes for a living. I notice everything. Lol many cobwebs throughout most corners and near ceilings. Toilet wasnt too clean. The beds and kitchen were clean with the exception of the inside of the microwave. Coffee pot could use a good cleaning or just buy another one. The dirty coffee maker was actually the 1st thing I noticed. 2 of the pillows did not have pillow cases so I wouldnt use them. The tv plays very well with a very clear picture. It's antenna only which I'm fine with as that's what I use at home. They didnt have many channels but I did rescan and got about 15/20 more. We dont watch much tv and hate sports so it wasnt a problem for us at all. Great location. Only a couple miles in to Mentone. And only a few miles to the Georgia state line. Our phones actually showed Georgia time zone while in the cabin so be aware if you have reservations or appointments in Ft. Payne or Mentone. We were on Eastern Time zone most of the time at the RV although sometimes it would change back to Central in certain parts of the RV. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
