Enjoy this beautifully decorated, private guest suite. Spacious and suitable for families or couples. Located next door to Magnolia Manor wedding venue. A short distance to Georgia and North Carolina borders with plenty of waterfalls and scenic roads. Close proximity larger cities such as Seneca, Anderson, Clemson and Greenville. Walk to downtown Westminster and enjoy local dining, festivals and shopping.
Car, motorcycle, large vehicle/trailer & boat parking available. Guest suite with private entrance. Bunk room with set of twin bunk beds, dresser and tv. Main room has a queen bed, loveseat, dressers and tv. There is a microwave, small refrigerator and Keurig. There is a large closet for your suitcases and hanging clothes. The bathroom has an oversized shower. Portable/window AC units and portable fans provided. Central heat is attached to the main home thermostat. There is a private hot tub and a shared gym, although we generally prefer to workout in there when it’s empty, so you should have it all to yourself. There is some outdoor seating and solar string lights (they come on automatically). Gas grill is available with grilling utensils, but plates/utensils are not supplied. There is also a fire pit and firewood is supplied on request. Please use the hose around the side of the house to fully extinguish prior to leaving the area.
