Positive: There were no dressers or luggage racks for your suitcases. We were having to bend over into suitcases for 2 days. Not ideal when traveling with older people or as someone with back problems. They were going to have maintenance come into our space which is unnecessary just to change an air filter. Wait till your guests leave… no need to try and inconvenience them. The “well stocked kitchen” was very sparse. For a house that size, more silverware is needed… and a cutting board! VERY stingy with toilet paper. Used rolls when we arrived and only 1 extra per bathroom for 5 guests was not great. Ended up having to buy some of our own. TV upstairs was also “broken” but would play… picture was just playing strangely. The company managing the property was very responsive. They brought us a hairdryer since there was none at the property. They were also able to make sure that the maintenance guy did not come in during our stay. Laundry was a huge plus! So was being able to use the garage! Overall, not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but for sure was not “glamorous” by any means. Lots of cheap furnishings.
Summary: Was adequate, but needs more to offer to claim “glamourous.”
